I am running as a Write-In Conservative Independent because my responsibility is not to a political party, political establishment, or special interest. My responsibility is first to God, then to the American citizens of Texas House District 124 whom I am called to serve.
My life has been shaped by faith, strengthened through service, and tested through perseverance. Although this campaign has taken a different path than originally planned, my commitment to District 124 has never changed. I will not allow an obstacle to silence our voices, weaken our purpose, or prevent American citizens from having an independent choice.
I am pro-life, pro-family, and pro-Constitution. I believe in protecting the unborn, strengthening families, defending religious liberty, preserving individual freedom, exercising fiscal responsibility, supporting public safety, and respecting the dignity of every American citizen.
I firmly support the Second Amendment and the constitutional right of law-abiding American citizens to keep and bear arms.
I believe America must secure its borders, enforce its laws, confront human trafficking and drug smuggling, and establish an orderly immigration system that is lawful, structured, accountable, and fair to those who follow the legal process.
These principles do not make me a Republican or a Democrat. I am a Conservative Independent. I am not controlled by either political party, and I will not place a party label above my faith, the Constitution, or the American citizens I serve.
Being independent means I can evaluate each issue honestly, examine the facts, defend constitutional principles, and make decisions based on what will strengthen District 124—not what a political party instructs me to support.
This campaign is not about securing a position for me. It is about restoring the citizens’ voice in the Texas Capitol. It is about faithful service, honest leadership, government accountability, measurable results, and representation that remains present long after Election Day.
I humbly ask for your prayers, your support, and your write-in vote for L.D. Howard.
